Prospect Accelerator Onboarding
& Support Process
1Submit Proposal & Sign Service Agreement
Kick off by submitting your project proposal (see summary below); once accepted, we formalize our collaboration by executing a comprehensive service agreement that specifies deliverables, milestones, equity/fees, and confidentiality terms.
2Launch Project Workspace & Investor Recruitment
Establish a dedicated communication channel to gather documents, share updates, and assign tasks. Concurrently, initiate targeted outreach to identify co‑founders, advisors, and strategic allies.
3Confirm Core Team & Finalize Management Plan
Verify team composition and co‑author a tailored project management roadmap. Incorporate any incubator feedback, then schedule the accelerator interview to ensure full alignment with program criteria.
4Accelerator Interview & Preparatory Coaching
Upon passing the interview, engage our expert mentors in intensive coaching across product development, technology architecture, and go‑to‑market strategy. We also issue official support letters and compile all documentation for your Federal permanent‑residency application.
5Submit Permanent‑Residency & Work‑Permit Applications
File PR applications for eligible team members, then submit work‑permit applications for lead founders—ensuring legal status to live and operate in Canada.
6Work‑Permit Approval & Accelerator Launch
Once work permits are granted, relocate your team to Canada and activate our full suite of accelerator services—technical mentorship, investor introductions, marketing support, and ongoing strategic guidance—to propel your venture into rapid growth.
